The New Shul is hosting an on-line presentation by Shamayim: Jewish Animal Advocacy: "Havdalah For Health: Eating For Health and the Planet."

Just as Havdalah, ends Shabbat and begins a new week, we too are facing a new eating environment as we move past the social isolation that Covid brought. This program will give us some “food for thought” as we define our new food choices post-Covid.

Our guides for the evening are Lisa Apfelberg, Director of Shamayim: Jewish Animal Advocacy and Aaron Guttman, owner Guttman Fitness, LLC, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Health Coach.

Havdalah is at 7:45 pm, followed by the program at 8 pm. The Zoom link is:
