Giving JFL grows ‘Spend, Save, Tzedakah’

Jewish Free Loan will expand its “Spend, Save, Tzedakah” financial literacy education program in the coming year.

“We want to build a foundation for sound financial decision-making, and we want to do so through a Jewish lens,” said Ellen Sacks, JFL’s programs and public relations director. A secular partner discusses the “Spend” and “Save” aspects of financial literacy, “while we tie everything together and lead the ‘Tzedakah’ component and discussion,” she said.
