It’s not often that one gets an opportunity to ask questions of a “once-in-a millennium scholar” (as dubbed by Time magazine). However, members of the Valley Jewish community will be able to do just that as part of Congregation Beth Tefillah’s third annual gala on Jan. 26.

Rabbi Adin Steinsaltz, an author, philosopher and social critic, is the featured guest at the gala, which will include Rabbi Pinchas Allouche interviewing his mentor using questions submitted by members of the community. (Send your question to rabbi@bethtefillahaz.org.)
