Scott Waxman

Scott Waxman, 56, of Flagstaff, passed away March 4. Born in Abilene, Texas, he was a teacher.

He is survived by his wife, Tami Waxman, of Flagstaff; daughter Brittany Waxman of Phoenix; sons Avi Waxman, Shad Waldron and Xeth Waxman of Phoenix; mother Elaine Waxman of Phoenix; sister Valarie Marsh of Scottsdale; and brother Cory Waxman of Phoenix.

Services were held at Beth Israel Congregation with Rabbi Barton Lee officiating.

Donations can be made to Hospice of the Valley and Poore Medical Clinic in Flagstaff.

Elliott Samson

Elliott Samson, 72, of Phoenix, Arizona, formerly of Farmington Hills, Michigan, died Feb. 28, 2018. Beloved husband of 48 years of Marge Samson. Cherished father of Stefanie Samson Zaks and Heather Samson. Proud grandfather of Hannah Zaks. Loving brother of Norm (Barb) Samson, Frank (Michele) Samson and the late Fred Samson. Dear brother-in-law of Sandra Samson, Lynn Cohn and the late Marc Cohn. Devoted son of the late Pauline and the late Ruby Samson. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and a world of friends. A memorial service was held in Michigan on Tuesday, March 6.
