Arden Sophia Blackstone

Arden Sophia Blackstone, daughter of Traci and David Blackstone of Phoenix, will become a bat mitzvah on Nov. 10, 2018, at Congregation Temple Chai.

Grandparents are the late Elana Singer Steinberg, and Linda and Larry Blackstone of Deerfield, Illinois.

As part of her mitzvah project, Arden, along with her twin sister, Romi, raised money to donate to the organization Remember Us, a project that keeps alive the memory of children lost in the Holocaust before they could be called to the Torah.

A student at Explorer Middle School, Arden enjoys softball, cross country and tennis.
