Youth director appointed

Har Zion Congregation in Scottsdale has announced the selection of its new youth director, Anat Goldman.

Goldman also will lead the new Far West region of United Synagogue Youth (USY/Kadima).

Born in Israel, Goldman came to Phoenix in 1977. She attended Phoenix Hebrew Academy for six years and graduated from Central High School in Phoenix in 1994. She received a bachelor of arts in Judaic studies and psychology from the University of Arizona. She is a former member of Kadima and United Synagogue Youth (USY).
