Young leaders to help homeless

Members of the Young Leadership Division of the Jewish Federation of Greater Phoenix will pack emergency food boxes to help the homeless on Wednesday, Aug. 4, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., and the community is invited to help out.

The volunteer event will be at St. Mary's Food Bank, 2841 N. 31st Ave. in Phoenix. To assist with the effort, call the federation at (602) 274-1800, ext. 133. For more information on Young Leadership Division, call the federation and press ext. 151, or visit the Web site at www.yld.phx.org.
