Variety of seders offered around town

For those looking for a place to celebrate Passover, several Valley organizations and synagogues are planning holiday seders, including these:
  • Beth Emeth Congregation - 7 p.m., Wednesday, March 31, 13702 W. Meeker Blvd., Sun City West. The seder will be led by Rabbi Seymour Moskowitz. Cost per person is $35 for members; $40 for non-members; and $17 for children under 13. Call Lillian Shapiro at 566-8056 for reservations and table assignments.

  • Havana Cafe - 6 p.m., Thursday, April 1, 6245 E. Bell Road, Scottsdale. $42.50 per person, includes tax and gratuity. Make checks payable to Desert Foothills Jewish Community Association and mail to Rosalind Kaufman, 30600 N. Pima Road, Suite 15, Scottsdale, AZ 85262, by March 24. For information, call 488-9302.

  • Jewish Lesbian Group - 6:30 p.m., Saturday, April 3. All Jewish lesbians and their adult female family and friends are welcome to attend. Cost per person is $15. Make checks payable to Ellen Edwards and mail to 2611 N. 8th St., Phoenix, AZ 85006.   • Or Adam Congregation for Humanistic Judaism - 6 p.m., Thursday, April 1, Monterra, 16601 Pima Road, Scottsdale. A unique seder dinner and service led by rabbinic candidate Miriam Jerris.
