B'nai Mitzvah
Jared Brandon Celniker, son of Irene Faller Celniker and Ben Celniker of Phoenix, became a bar mitzvah March 5, 2005, at Temple Kol Ami.
Grandparents are Loralei and Sanford Levine of Southfield, Mich.; and the late Suzanne and Harvey Faller.
Great-grandparents are Rhea Bass of West Bloomfield, Mich.; and the late George Bass.
Jared attends Madison Meadows Middle School. His hobbies are baseball, basketball and video games.
For his mitzvah project, Jared tutored first-graders in reading.
Jeff Eric McCormick, son of Lisa and Rich McCormick of Scottsdale, will become a bar mitzvah March 19, 2005, at Temple Beth Israel.
Grandparents are Gail and Dick McCormick of Sturgeon Bay, Wis.; and the late Marie and Donald Lory.
Great-grandparents are the late Dorothea and Elmer Lory; and the late Shirley Wolosin.
Jeff attends Desert Shadows Middle School. His hobbies are golfing, fishing and wrestling.
For his mitzvah project, Jeff helped elementary-school children with their homework at an after-school club.
Jordan David Ost, son of Denise Lazell-Greenblatt of Scottsdale and Gary Ost, will become a bar mitzvah March 19, 2005, at Temple Kol Ami.

Great-grandparents are the late Dorothy and Larry Lazell; the late Fay and David Lipschultz; the late Anna and Saul Feferholtz; and the late Teggie and Aaron Ost.
Jordan attends Cocopah Middle School. His hobbies are basketball and movies.
For his mitzvah project, Jordan donated stuffed animals to a children's hospital.
Paul Simonson, son of Cindy and Michael Simonson of Phoenix, will become a bar mitzvah March 19, 2005, at Chabad of Phoenix.
Grandparents are Hilda and Joaquin Williams of Golden Valley; Eleanor Simonson of Paradise Valley; and the late Robert Simonson.
Paul attends The King David School. His hobbies are basketball, baseball and paintball.
For his mitzvah project, Paul wrote an essay about American Red Magen David for Israel (ARMDI) that was printed on fund-raising note cards and helped collect funds for tsunami victims.
