Tanner Benjamin Lipson, son of Courtney and Kirk Lipson of Scottsdale, will become a bar mitzvah Feb. 26, 2005, at Temple Beth Israel.

Grandparents are Darlene Smith of Minnetonka, Minn.; Jerry Smith of Carlsbad, Calif.; and Joyce and Norman Lipson of Scottsdale.

Great-grandparents are Ruth Tolchiner of Edina, Minn.; Flora Ritter of Scottsdale; the late Ben Tolchiner; and the late Ben Ritter.

Tanner attends Cocopah Middle School. His hobbies include soccer and basketball.



Noah Spencer Corwick, son of Susan and Adam Melrose of Cave Creek, will become a bar mitzvah Feb. 26, 2005, at Temple Chai.

Grandparents are Fran and Larry Perlman of Phoenix; Cyrille and Rabbi Jerry Kane of Las Cruces, N.M.; Jerry Melrose of Ventura, Fla; and Barbara Corwick of South Plainfield, N.J.

Great-grandparent is Ruth Terman of Tucson.

Noah attends Sonoran Trails Middle School. His hobby is basketball.

For his mitzvah project, Noah prepared food at St. Vincent de Paul's Food Bank. He also conducted a clothes donation drive and donated the clothes to Goodwill.



Lauren Elizabeth Summer, daughter of Gina Summer of Phoenix and Nathaniel Summer of Scottsdale, will become a bat mitzvah Feb. 26, 2005, at Temple Kol Ami.

Grandparents are Jeanie and Sam Summer of Scottsdale.

Lauren attends Mountain Trail Middle School. Her hobbies include ice skating and reading.

For her mitzvah project, Lauren worked with patients suffering from Alzheimer's disease at Sunshine Village Retirement Home.



Aaron Kalman Feldberg, son of Doreen and Harley Feldberg of Paradise Valley, will become a bar mitzvah Feb. 26, 2005, at Temple Solel.

Grandparents are Roslyn and Sam Feldberg of Baltimore; and the late Dolores and Albert Wilkins.

Great-grandparents are the late Marion Fischer; the late Frank Puff; and the late Mary and Bert Wilkins.

Aaron attends Mohave Middle School. His hobbies include music, sports and traveling.

For his mitzvah project, Aaron organized a group of middle school students to participate together in "Make a Difference Day."



Kathryn Elizabeth Libling, daughter of Julia Anne and Elliot Martin Libling of Paradise Valley, will become a bat mitzvah Feb. 26, 2005, at Temple Chai.

Grandparents are Reisa M. and Gerald A. Libling of Phoenix; Catherine M. Bartman of Ontario, Canada; and Melvin. J. Bartman of Ontario, Canada.

Great-grandparents are Elizabeth and William Libling of Los Angeles; Rose and E. Malik Peikoff of Winnipeg, Canada; the late Julia Priscilla and Edward Thomas Bartman; and the late Catherine and John Leis.

Kathryn attends Cocopah Middle School. Her hobbies include soccer, tennis, softball, art and fashion.

For her mitzvah project, Kathryn volunteered at the Watkins Overflow Shelter. She also collected holiday gifts for children at Phoenix Children's Hospital.
