Joshua Matza, president and CEO of Israel Bonds, has announced that David S. Shefrin of David S. Shefrin & Associates Private Career School Consulting has been appointed general chairman of Chicago Israel Bonds. Temple Gan Elohim recently installed its third president and a new volunteer board of directors.
