Michelle Frankford and Evan Glazer of Washington, D.C., announce their engagement.

Parents of the couple are Gail Rose of Phoenix; Lynn Glazer of Mesa; and the late Steven Glazer.

The bride-to-be received her bachelor's degree from Ohio State University. She received her master's certificate from Arizona State University. She is an account representative with Adams Hussey & Associates.

The groom-to-be received his bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona. He is studying at George Washington University for his master's degree.

A Nov. 6, 2005, wedding is planned at the Doubletree Paradise Valley Resort in Scottsdale.
