People on the move

Fennemore Craig, a full service law firm with offices in Phoenix, has had 42 of its more than 150 attorneys recognized by The Best Lawyers in America 2005-06, a highly regarded industry publication. The previous edition featured 28 of the firm's attorneys.

Amy Rosenthal has earned her real estate broker's license. For eight years, along with her mother Barbara Rosenthal, Team Rosenthal has assisted Valley residents in meeting their real estate needs.

John F. Daniels, a certified tax specialist, has joined Fennemore Craig's Phoenix office. Daniels practices taxation, commercial transactions - specifically in the structuring of real estate transactions - and limited liability companies and partnerships.

Anthony V. Ehmann and Neil H. Hiller have joined Fennemore Craig as shareholders. Ehmann practices estate planning, trust and estates and related tax matters. Hiller practices estate planning, employee benefits and structuring corporations and partnerships.

Damon Chetson has been named vice president of the Phoenix-based Goldwater Institute. He is the former director of educational programs at George Mason University's Institute for Humane Studies. Chetson will assist president Darcy Olsen with program development management while also overseeing fund-raising efforts.

Peter Lowy was named chairman of the University of Judaism's board of directors on Oct. 11 at an on-campus ceremony.
