Dr. Gerald H. Becker, a retired Valley physician, will be inducted as Master of the American College of Gastro entereology on Oct. 30 at the ACG Leadership dinner in Or-lando, Fla. He and five other physi-cians from around the country were recog-nized for their recognized stature and achievement in clinical gastroenterology and teaching, and their contribution to the college in service, leadership and education, states a letter from the college.

Commotion Promotions, Ltd., a Phoenix-based company, and its owners, Karen and Ken Kravitz, are celebrating their 20th year in business. The company has regional offices in Seattle, Los Angeles and Honolulu.

Pima Medical Institute had hired Sharon Caves as nurse education coordinator. Caves has 32 years of experience as a registered nurse. She holds master's degrees in health care management and nursing, with a specialization in education.

Junior Achievement of Arizona has selected five Arizona business leaders who have made significant business achievements and civic contributions to be inducted into the organization's 2004 Arizona Business Hall of Fame. The inductees include Katie and Bruce Dusenberry, owners of Horizon Moving Systems, Inc. The group will be honored 6:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 5, at Westin Kierland Resort and Spa, 6902 E.
