Paul Frishman has joined the staff of the Valley of the Sun Jewish Community Center as associate executive director.

Bernard M. Strass and Chad M. Kaffer have joined Hymson and Foldstein, P.C., a Scottsdale-based law firm. Strass specializes in domestic relations and personal injury law, while Kaffer practices general corporate and business law, and residential and commercial real estate.
