B'nai Mitzvah

Matthew Harrison Schwartz, son of Andrea and Mark Schwartz of Scottsdale, will become a bar mitzvah July 3, 2004, at Temple Kol Ami.

Grandparents are Lois and Donald Schwartz of Colorado Springs, Colo.; Paula Hollender of Boynton Beach, Fla.; and the late Melvin Fox.

Great-grandparents are the late Ada and Mac Merkin; and the late Ethel and Harry Schwartz.

Matthew attends Mountainside Middle School. His hobbies are ice hockey, wakeboarding, baseball and paintball.

For his mitzvah project, Matthew made baskets for local animal shelters.
