Zamoshkin is the daughter of Jewish News Accounting Manager Nina Zamoshkin and is a former employee of Jewish News.Osborn Maledon has added several attorneys to its staff: Mark I. Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon has been appointed chairman of the Valley Metro Rail board of directors, which oversees the planning, design, construction and operation of the Valley's planned light-rail system.
