Joel Smith, veteran sales and marketing professional, has joined Cypress Staffing Service, LLC as director of business development.

Deborah Lavinsky has joined EFG Business Solutions, LLC as benefits specialist responsible for design, marketing and implementation of Disability, Life and Long Term Care Insurance to executives and family businesses.

Stephanie Scher has been named staffing manager for Management Recruiters International of Scottsdale. She will assist the office in managing 20 new positions over the next 12 months.

Eyecare Plus has renovated its office at 4441 N. 75th St., Scottsdale. Dr. Maury Kessler and staff will take appointments at 480-947-4349.
