Southwest Diagnostic Imaging, Ltd., has been formed by the merger of Scottsdale Medical Imaging, Ltd., and Valley Radiologists, Ltd. The merger forms the largest provider of complete diagnostic and interventional radiology services in Arizona.

Terry Shannon has been named executive director of St. Mary's Food Bank. Former executive director, Paul Barnes, leaves St. Mary's after seven years.

El Al, Israel's national airline, has won first place for "Best Airline Security" in Business Traveler International Magazine.
