The Valley of the Sun Jewish Community Center has elected its new board of directors for 2003-2004. Officers are Irwin Kanefsky, chairman; Gary Weiss, vice chairman; Andrew Schwartz, vice chairman; Adam Goodman, treasurer, assistant secretary; Robert Silvert, immediate past chairman; and Mark Shore, president. New board members are Dan Bachus, Fran Mallace and Marvin Patack. Board members are Harriet Bernick, Joel Bernick, Jules Freeman, Jeff Goulder, Gary Jaburg, Karen Koven, Joel Kramer, Lanny Lahr, Shelly Reiss, Mark Roth, Nate Sachs, Danny Sharaby, Kimberly Shacknai and Jay Zweig.
