Cheryl Berkman of Columbus, Ohio, and Rick Golden of Phoenix announce their engagement.
Parents of the couple are Linda and Robert Berkman of Columbus, Ohio; and Teri and Robert Golden of Phoenix.
The bride-to-be earned her D.D.S. graduate degree at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. She is working on her orthodontic residency at the University of Southern California.
The groom-to-be earned his M.D. at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He is working on his ophthalmology residency at the University of Missouri, Kansas City.
A July 4, 2004, wedding is planned in Columbus.
