Jewish National Fund, Arizona region, has elected a new board of officers. Officers are Mark Kelman, president; Lea Nach, vice president of events; Dan Abrams, vice president of fundraising; Steve Freidkin, vice president of board development; Si Eisenberg, treasurer; Joani Frankel, secretary; and Burton Kruglick, past president. New board members are Sandi Fuller, David Weiner and Ron Finkel. Board of directors includes Allan Bulman, Brad Dimond, David Frazer, Dan Hall, Leo Kelman, Steve Klemow, Don Lubin, David Malin, Adam Nach, Bob Roth, Joe Roth, Steve Scheiner, Mike Schoor, Earl Schwartz, Steve Stralser and Sara Ziskin.

The Phoenix Jewish Film Festival will give an $1,800 award to a 2004 graduate of the Hadassah College of Jerusalem for an award-winning film of Jewish content. The winner will be chosen by a committee selected by college administrators.

Lee Vadnais of Flagstaff has been named 2003 Arizona Small Business Woman of the Year by the Arizona Federation of Business and Professional Women.

Gloria Feldt, a former Phoenix resident and former CEO of Planned Parenthood in the Valley, has been named Woman of the Year by Glamour Magazine. Other women earning this year's distinction were Vera Wang, Queen Noor, Ellen DeGeneres and Britney Spears.

Bob Cook has joined The Omni Group of Companies to specialize in office and retail commercial sales and leasing.
