David Kamin & Heather Weyrick
Heather Weyrick and David Kamin, both of Washington, D.C., announce their engagement.
Parents of the couple are Pam and Greg Weyrick of Sparks, Nev.; and Carol and Alan Kamin of Phoenix.
The bride-to-be earned a bachelor's degree in theater, sociology and anthropology at Swarthmore College. She is a Fulbright Scholar in Krakow, Poland.
The groom-to-be earned a bachelor's degree in economics and political science from Swarthmore College. He is a research assistant for Center on Budget and Policy Priorities in Washington, D.C.
A March 28, 2004, wedding is planned at the University Club in Phoenix.
