Kay Zimmerman, ANP, a nurse practitioner and certified diabetic educator, has begun seeing patients at the Heart & Vascular Center of Arizona. Call 602-307-0070.

Joanne Schlosser has been named executive director of Temple Kol Ami in Scottsdale. The 20-year Valley resident has an extensive background in business and commitment to Jewish communal service.

Daniel Subarsky has joined Chompie's as director of catering sales.

Eileen Proctor, owner of It's A Ruff Life doggy daycare, has be selected to receive the 2003 Emerging Entrepreneur Spirit of Enterprise Award from the Arizona State University W.P. Carey School of Business.

Robert Harris of Allstate Insurance has earned the distinction of "personal financial representative" by passing the Series 6 and Series 63 securities license exams and completing an Allstate training curriculum.
