Danielle Ellen Davidoff, daughter of Diane Davidoff and Ron Davidoff, both of Phoenix, will become a bat mitzvah Aug. 23, 2003, at Temple Chai.

Grandparents are Geri and Philip Gutentag of Woodland Hills, Calif.; Evelyn Davidoff of Phoenix; and the late David Davidoff.

Danielle attends Explorer Middle School. Her hobbies include volleyball, bowling, shopping and going to the beach.

For her mitzvah project, Danielle baked cookies for a fire department and helped collect and serve food to homeless children.
