B'nai Mitzvah

Jarrid Brenden Fish, son of Marla and Les Fish of Paradise Valley, became a bar mitzvah June 26, 2003, at Sinagoga Mayor in Barcelona, Spain.

For his mitzvah project, Jarrid collected toiletry products and gave them as gifts to residents at Olive Grove Retirement Home.



Amanda Zale, daughter of Tami Zale of Scottsdale, will become a bat mitzvah Aug. 16, 2003, at Temple Chai.

Grandparents are Arlene and Paul Zimmerman of Chicago.

Amanda attends Mountain Trail Middle School. Her hobbies include horseback riding and participating in horse shows.

For her mitzvah project, Amanda helped teach equestrian skills to a youth group and assisted at a local nursing home.
