Paige Alyse Teadt, daughter of Heidi and Troy Teadt of Slidell, La., became a bat mitzvah May 24, 2003, at Congregation Gates of Prayer in Louisiana.

Grandparents are Judy and Al Reznik of Phoenix; Sandy and Bob Caylor of Chandler; Laura Teadt of Glendale; and the late Ted Teadt.

Her hobbies include dancing and modeling.



Brett Alexander Troisi, son of Donna and Rudy Troisi of Scottsdale, will become a bar mitzvah May 31, 2003, at Har Zion Congregation.

Grandparents are Harriet Weiss of Merrick, N.Y.; the late Melvin Moskowitz; and the late Tecla and Cosmo Troisi.

Brett attends The King David School. His hobbies include sports.



Steven Joseph Harmon, son of Rhoda Harmon of Phoenix, will become a bar mitzvah May 31, 2003, at Temple Solel.

Grandparent is Sylvia Berkowitz of Phoenix.

Great-grandparents are the late Bryna and Wolf Darrer.

Steven attends Howard Gray Middle School. His hobbies include reading, history, video games and movies.

For his mitzvah project, Steven made sandwiches for the homeless.



Kevin Matthew Harmon, son of Rhoda Harmon of Phoenix, will become a bar mitzvah May 31, 2003, at Temple Solel.

Grandparent is Sylvia Berkowitz of Phoenix.

Great-grandparents are the late Bryna and Wolf Darrer.

Kevin attends Gan Yeladeem, The Looking Glass School. His hobbies include movies, movie trivia, video games and history.

For his mitzvah project, Kevin made sandwiches for the homeless and organized a project to pick up garbage around Gan Yeladeem.



Samuel Louis Aronowitz, son of Carla and David Arono-witz of Phoenix, will become a bar mitzvah June 1, 2003, at Beth Joseph Congregation.

Grandparents are Gloria Stein of Phoenix; Rose Aronowitz of Carrollton, Texas; and the late Jerold Aronowitz.

Great-grandparents are Raye Cooperman of Florida; the late Raye and Samuel Shapiro; and the late Lucille and Louis Green.

Samuel attends Phoenix Hebrew Academy. His hobbies are horseback riding, piano and being troop leader for the Boy Scouts.



Tiffany Joy Berman, daughter of Lynne and Ronald Berman of Scottsdale, will become a bat mitzvah May 31, 2003, at Temple Beth Israel.

Grandparents are Shirley and David Arlen of Sun City West; and the late Clara and Louis Berman.

Great-grandparents are the late Ruth and John Helfner.

For her mitzvah project, Tiffany collected and donated children's books to the Phoenix Children's Hospital and read stories to patients.
