William Tracy was recently hired by Jess Sch-wartz Jewish Community High School to help students get prepared for college. Tracy will help students choose the right college, fill out applications, apply for student aid and scholarships and prepare for college entrance exams. Tracy, previously a counselor at South Mountain High School in Phoenix, is a member of the National Association for College Admission Counseling, Rocky Mountain Association for College Admission Counseling and has Arizona certification for counseling and guidance, grades K-12.

Barbara Lewkowitz, executive director of the YWCA of Maricopa County, has been re-elected to the executive committee of the Southwest Delta Region of the YWCA of the USA at its annual meeting, held April 24-27 in Chicago.

Hadassah of the West Valley has elected new officers for the 2003-2004 board. Officers are Bunny Goldfarb, president; Adele Block, fundraising vice president; Geri Pokrack and Ruth Sapinzon, membership vice presidents; Lila Goldfarb, education vice president; Lorraine Rutgard, program vice president; Lenore Rome, treasurer; Ruth Oppenheimer, records administrator; Revenn Edelstein, recording secretary; and Saralee Sloven, corresponding secretary.

Northwest Valley Chapter of Women's American ORT recently held its 28th annual Donor/Honor Roll luncheon. Gloria Greenberg, president of the organization, presided over the meeting, followed by entertainment by singer Suzanne Schmick and Jack McDonald.
