Kent Johnson II has been named general manager of Lantana Grille, located at the Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort, 7677 N. 16th St., Phoenix.

Sandra Zerner served as a workshop presenter at the Los Angeles Bureau of Jewish Education's annual Jewish educators conference in February. Zerner has also recently served as a scholar in residence at Temple Beth Am in Los Angeles and presented her program "What's So Bad About Being Good?" to religious school students at Temple Aliyah of Woodland Hills, Calif.

Tuscany Village Center, offering dining, boutique shopping, dry cleaning services, family entertainment and nail and hair salons, will be open for business in the fall of 2003. The center will be located at the southeast corner of Cave Creek and Desert Willow roads, near Tatum Ranch.

No Stink Inc., a Phoenix-based manufacturer and distributor of odor-eliminating products, has purchased a building at 2252 NW Grand Ave., Phoenix.

Arizona State University has announced three finalists for the Professor of the Year distinction. Finalists include Barry Leshowitz of the department of psychology, Rose Weitz of the department of sociology and Neal Lester of the department of English.
