Naomi Grossman & Jeffrey Lipschultz

Naomi Grossman of Phoenix and Jeffrey Lipschultz of San Diego announce their engagement.

Parents of the couple are Shirley and Charles Grossman, Marilyn Mitchell and Donn Kessler, and Susan and Allen Lipschultz, all of Phoenix.

The bride-to-be earned a bachelor's degree in exercise and sport science from the University of Arizona and a master's degree in physical therapy from the Medical College of Virginia. She is a physical therapist for Novacare.

The groom-to-be earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and political science from Fort Lewis College and a master's degree in Jewish studies from the Jewish Theological Seminary. He also earned his rabbinical ordination from The Rabbinical Academy. He is a rabbi at Temple Beth Sholom in Chula Vista, Calif.

A Nov. 1, 2003, wedding is planned at the Radisson Resort in Scottsdale.
