Arts briefsMusic an alternative to Super BowlMusician Rick Recht will perform 7 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 26, at Temple Emanuel of Tempe, 5801 S. Rural Road, Tempe.Recht has released two multimedia compact discs and has performed around the world. His music blends pop and radio-friendly melodies with Hebrew, Jewish text and messages of social responsibility.
