People on the move

Morrison Capital Corporation has signed a three-year lease on an office building at 1500 E. Bethany Home Road, Phoenix.

Hope Research Institute has signed a three-year lease on an office building located at 13832 N. 32 St., Phoenix.

Jacqueline Adler has joined Helaine Adler Financial and the Arizona Agency of MassMutual as a career agent. Adler earned a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Arizona.

Jeannine Berg has been named community partnerships manager of KAET-TV/Channel 8. Berg will direct the Ready to Learn Program, which partners PBS stations with the U.S. Department of Education and assists parents, teachers and caregivers in the use of public television resources.

Debora Bridges has been appointed director of public relations of The Phoenician in Scottsdale.

Cookies Amour was voted as serving the best kosher cookie in The New Times' Best of Phoenix published last month.
