Rhonda Stein and Jason Rush, both of Phoenix, announce their engagement.
Parents of the couple are Nancy Stein of Scottsdale; Judy and Alan Rush of Phoenix; and the late Myron Stein.
The bride-to-be earned a bachelor's degree in media arts from the University of Arizona. She is the principal of a public relations/marketing firm.
The groom-to-be earned a bachelor's degree in business and finance from the University of Southern California. He is a partner of a nationwide equipment finance company.
An Oct. 12, 2002, wedding is planned at Sanctuary at Camelback Mountain in Paradise Valley.
