Steven Bashkin & Carol Kamen

Carol Kamen and Steven Bashkin, both of Scottsdale, announce their engagement.

Parents of the couple are Esther and Avraham Bashkin of Scottsdale; Robert Kamen of Chicago; and the late Joyce Karper.

The bride-to-be earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Arizona State University and is working on master's degree in communications from Cleveland State University. She is a research assistant at CSU.

The groom-to-be studied economics at Florida International University. He is a managing partner at Business Exchange International.

A September, 2003, wedding is planned in Scottsdale.



Brad Greenberg & Lynne Wellish

Lynne Wellish and Brad Greenberg, both of Phoenix, announce their engagement.

Parents of the couple are Joan and Carl Wellish of Phoenix; and Marlene and Stephen Greenberg of Scottsdale.

The bride-to-be earned a bachelor's degree in hotel administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is the owner of Cookies Amour.

The groom-to-be earned a bachelor's degree in English from Muskingum College and a master's degree in English from Kansas State University. He is a customer service representative at McKesson.

An Oct. 13, 2002, wedding is planned at a private home.
