Obituaries

Morton Litzsky

Morton Litzsky of Scottsdale died Sept. 10, 2002. He was 82. He was born in New York City and moved to Arizona in 1961. He was a managing partner in Lederman Music Store. He was a World War II veteran and a member of Christown Lion's Club.

Survivors include his wife, Helen; daughters, Andrea Christ and Marcia Meyer; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Services were held at Green Acres Memorial Gardens, with Rabbi Robert Kravitz officiating. Arrangements were by Green Acres Mortuary. Contributions are suggested to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix 85014.



Beverly Pearlman

Beverly Pearlman of Phoenix died Sept. 5, 2002. She was 55. She was born in New York City and moved to Arizona in 1976. She was a claims representative in the health care industry.

Survivors include her husband, Merrill; daughter, Heather of Scottsdale; and son, Jay of Phoenix.

Services were held at Green Acres Cemetery, with Rabbi Mark J. Bisman officiating. Arrangements were by Sinai Mortuary. Contributions are suggested to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, P.O. Box 10377, Phoenix 85064.



Henrietta Segel

Henrietta Segel of Phoenix died Sept. 11, 2002. She was 86. She was born in New Britain, Conn., and moved to Arizona in 1946. She worked as a bookkeeper in her family's business and was a member of Temple Beth Israel since 1946.

Survivors include her daughter, Judy Newman of Scottsdale; son, Howard of Encinitas, Calif.; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Services were held at Sinai Mortuary Chapel, with Rabbi Albert Plotkin officiating. Arrangements were by Sinai Mortuary. Contributions are suggested to the American Heart Association, 2929 S. 49th St., Tempe 85282.
