Jacqueline Hannah Heeman, daughter of Louise and Michael Heeman of Mesa, will become a bat mitzvah Sept. 14, 2002, at Temple Beth Sholom.

Grandparents are Muriel and Leo Krampf of Mesa.

Jacqueline attends Highland Junior High School. Her hobbies include basketball, running, softball, fishing and spending time at the beach and outdoors.

For her mitzvah project, Jacqueline wrote letters to United States military personnel and donated stuffed animals to military families.
