ROBERT HARRIS
Allstate Insurance
The Harris Agency, exclusive agent
president and CEO
What inspired you to begin your business? I have been an Allstate customer since 1977 and have enjoyed my relationship with both Allstate Insurance Company and the agents that have handled my policies. I decided to join the Allstate family because of their dedication to risk management and to their customers and their strong belief in customer service.

What are your greatest accomplishments, personally and professionally? My greatest two personal accomplishments were, as a single parent, the raising of my son Jason, and finding the love of my life, my wife and best friend, Emily. My greatest professional accomplishments are the relationships I built up with my clients throughout my career with Levi Strauss and Company and now with Allstate.

What advice do you have to offer other professionals? The best advice I can offer to other professionals is that customer service is the most important corporate philosophy. Always treat others as you would want to be treated.

In what city do you reside? Currently I reside in Ahwatukee with my bride of eight months, Emily, and our two dogs, Ruthie and Hunter.

What is your spouse's name and occupation? My wife's name is Emily K. Harris and she is in search of an assistant principal position in education.

What are your children's names and ages? We have two sons, Jason Harris, 24, and Everett Barksdale, 23.
