Obituaries

Walter Kleinstein

Walter Harry Kleinstein of Phoenix died July 27, 2002. He was 72. He was born in Chicago and moved to Arizona in 1981. He served in the U.S. Army and was a CPA.

Survivors include his wife, Thelma; daughters, Sherry Magnuson and Linda Gomillion; son, Larry; sister, Corrine Klein; and six grandchildren.

Services were held at Green Acres Mortuary. Arrangements were by Green Acres Mortuary. Contributions are suggested to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix 85014.



Milton S. Hersh

Milton S. Hersh, age 87, passed away July 28, 2002. He was born in Minneapolis, Minn. and moved to Phoenix 57 years ago. He was the founder of Able Air Conditioning and the founder of Central Heating and Cooling in Phoenix. He was a member of Beth El Congregation, a Shriner, veteran of WWII and a past commander of the Jewish War Veterans Post #194.

Survivors include his wife Eleanore, son Robert (Renee) Hersh, daughters Shari (Mike) Burks and Nancy (Howard) Trau, eight grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

Graveside services were held Monday, July 29th in Beth El Cemetery in Phoenix. Contributions in his memory are suggested to Beth El Congregation, 1118 W. Glendale Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85021; or Jewish War Veterans Post #194, c/o Fine Residence, 8931 E. Michigan Ave., Sun Lakes, AZ 85248. Arrangements by Sinai Mortuary.
