Reinstate Karsh's kosher certification

Editor:
The article by David Goldstein ("Kashrut is more than ingredients," Jewish News, July 26) would have more merit if he were not connected with the Phoenix Vaad Hakashruth.

If Karsh's was kosher enough for the Vaad in the past and they are using the exact methods they have in the past, the Vaad should reinstate the certification.
