Rachel Fleg-enheimer of Scottsdale and Michael Pearson of Phoenix announce their engagement.

Parents of the couple are Jane and Bill Pearson, Diana Hoyt and Roy Fle-genheimer, all of Phoenix.

The bride-to-be earned a bachelor's degree in public relations from Northern Arizona University and is a public relations and production coordinator for the Scottsdale Convention and Visitors Bureau.

The groom-to-be earned a bachelor's degree in business management from Northern Arizona University and is an Arizona State University community relations representative for United Blood Services.

A Nov. 16, 2002, wedding is planned at the Doubletree Paradise Valley Resort.



Richard Zatcoff & Farrah Smith

Farrah Smith and Richard Zat-coff, both of Atlanta, announce their engagement.

Parents of the couple are Marsha and Rich- ard Smith of Phoenix; and Deedee Zat-coff and Sandy Zatcoff, both of Atlanta.

The bride-to-be earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and business from Washington University in St. Louis and is a defined benefit analyst for Towers Perrin.

The groom-to-be earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Washington University in St. Louis and is vice president of technology at Notusmedia.

A Dec. 28, 2002, wedding is planned at the Scottsdale Conference Resort.
