Michele Sosnick and Steve Goren, both of Phoenix, announce their engagement.
Parents of the couple are Goldie and Martin Sosnick of San Francisco; and Brenda and Joe Goren of Toronto.
The bride-to-be earned a bachelor's degree in radio and television from the University of Arizona and is a retail specialist at Retail Brokers Inc.
The groom-to-be earned a certification in computers from Chubb Institute of Technology and an associate's degree in business from Middlesex College. He is a senior computer consultant at Keane, Inc.
A January 2003 wedding is planned in San Francisco.
