Obituaries

Karen Ringel

Karen Ringel, age 52, passed away March 29, 2002 at home in Phoenix. She was born in New York City and moved to Phoenix 31 years ago from New York. She was the director of Beth El Pre-School for 15 years, recently the Family Program Director of Beth El Congregation, and a member of Brandeis University National Women's Committee.

Survivors include her husband Barry, daughters Halley Ringel and Dana Ringel, sister Susan (Harvey) Wurtzel and father Milton Boxer. Funeral services were held Sunday, March 31st at Beth El Congregation. Contributions in her memory are requested to Beth El Center for Early Childhood Education, c/o Beth El Congregation, 1118 W. Glendale Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85021. Arrangements by Sinai Mortuary.



Ronald Ian Wisotsky

Ronald Ian Wisotsky, age 45, passed away April 1, 2002 at home in Phoenix. He was born in Flushing, NY and moved to Phoenix 43 years ago. He was a member of Temple Beth Israel and was a licensed pilot. Survivors include his mother Helen Wisotsky, sister Pearle (Malcolm) Marr and nephew Adam (Pearl) Marr. Funeral services Friday, April 5th at 10:00 A.M. in Sinai Mortuary Chapel, 4538 N. 16th Street in Phoenix. Contributions in his memory are requested to the Jerry and Helen Wisotsky Boys and Girls Club of Peoria, 2645 N. 24th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85008.
