Sarah Lauren Atkins, daughter of Susan and Steven Atkins of Phoenix, will become a bat mitzvah April 6, 2002, at Temple Chai.

Grandparents are Vivian and Francis Atkins of Laguna Woods, Calif.; and the late Loretta and Aloysius Kongs.

Sarah attends Shea Middle School. Her hobby is cheerleading.

For her mitzvah project, Sarah volunteered for Komen Race for the Cure and Hadassah, the Women's Zionist Organization of America, and collected clothing for a homeless shelter.



Brittany Hannah Willock, daughter of Wendi and David Willock of Scottsdale, will become a bat mitzvah April 6, 2002, at Temple Chai.

Grandparents are Nancy Staggs of San Clemente, Calif.; Eldon Willock of Newport Beach, Calif; Arnold Schnitzer of Los Angeles; and the late Lorraine Schnitzer.

Brittany attends Sunrise Middle School. Her hobbies include soccer, art, jet skiing, snow skiing and shopping.

For her mitzvah project, Brittany participated in the Komen Race for the Cure, helped serve dinner at the Watkins Overflow Shelter and donated art supplies to the Free Arts Organization.



Evie Gamsu Heigh, daughter of Susan and Russell Heigh of Scottsdale, will become a bat mitzvah April 6, 2002, at Temple Chai.

Grandparents are Loretta and Marvin Kline of Scottsdale; and Charlotte and Lawrence Heigh of Brooklyn, N.Y.

Evie attends Mountainside Middle School. Her hobbies include tennis, swimming and art.

For her mitzvah project, Evie conducted story time for preschool children at the Scottsdale Public Library.



Michael Allen Ruderman, son of Dianne and Paul Ruderman of Phoenix, will become a bar mitzvah April 6, 2002, at Har Zion Congregation.

Grandparents are Betty Miller of Phoenix; the late Morris Miller; Elaine Ruderman of St. Paul, Minn.; and the late Sidney Ruderman.

Michael attends Cocopah Middle School. His hobbies include fishing, baseball, basketball, reading and spending time with friends.



Sarah Brender Volk, daughter of Rachel Diamant and John Volk of Chandler, will become a bat mitzvah April 6, 2002, at Temple Emanuel.

Grandparents are Dora Diamant of State College, Penn.; the late Henri Diamant; and Elizabeth and Anthony Volk of Hockessin, Del.

Sarah attends Pueblo Middle School.



Abigail Rachel Seadler, daughter of Nancy and Eilyar Seadler of Paradise Valley, will become a bat mitzvah April 6, 2002, at Temple Solel.



Jonathan Harris Reynolds, son of Karla and Bob Reynolds of Scottsdale, will become a bar mitzvah April 6, 2002, at Temple Beth Israel.

Grandparents are Joyce and Martin Shenka of Pomona, N.Y.; and Janet and Ralph Reynolds of Man-hasset, N.Y.



Adam Michael Reinstein, son of Judith and Peter Reinstein of Scottsdale, will become a bar mitzvah April 6, 2002, at Temple Solel.

Grandparents are Rose Shaw of Coconut Creek, Fla.; and the late Hilde Reinstein.

Adam attends Ingleside Middle School.
