AJHS holds rally for synagogue

A rally to save the Culver Street Synagogue and a family Jewish history fair sponsored by the Arizona Jewish Historical Society will be held 2-4:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 18, at the site of the Valley's first synagogue, 122 E. Culver St., Phoenix.

The event will include a tour of the synagogue, a historical presentation, a family tree project, face painting, crafts and a western photo shoot. Call 602-241-7870.
