David Weiner of Scottsdale recently attended the 2001 Million Dollar Round Table Top of the Table Annual Meeting in Hawaii. Weiner, a 17-year MDRT member and a one-year TOT member, was among about 175 members, special guests and speakers from around the world. Rabbi Ayla Grafstein of Ruach Hamidbar-Spirit of the Desert is featured in Women Rabbis Around the World 2001-2002 Calendar for the month of October, or Tishri/Heshvan. The calendar is published by Hadassah International Research Institute on Jewish Women at Brandeis University. After 18 years at Phoenix Children's Hospital, Alvin H. Perelman, MD, MBA, will move to a private practice in pediatric endocrinology at 10900 N. Scottsdale Road, Suite 504, Scottsdale. Perelman, named one of the best local physicians in endocrinology by Phoenix Magazine last year, will continue to see young patients with diabetes and various endocrine problems. Michael Shaldjian, general manager of Media Pulse, Inc., has accepted the role of chairman for the March of Dimes Arizona Chapter Communications Advisory Council. Shaldjian has served as a volunteer for the March of Dimes organization for more than two years. |
