He was an attorney and a member of Beth Joseph Congregation.Survivors include his wife, Judith; daughter, Jennifer; sons, Jeffrey, Jonathan and Jordan, all of Phoenix; mother, Florence; and brother, Harvey of Tucson. Survivors include her husband, Jerry; daughter, Felice of Scottsdale; son, Glenn of Phoenix; and brother, Jerome Weinfuss of Bloomfield, Mich.
