People on the moveThe Herberger Theater Center has hired Richard Bowers as president. Bowers has a background in leadership roles around the Valley, including serving as city manager of Scottsdale.Rebecca Barnes has joined Brown & Bain and will practice primarily in litigation, with an emphasis on professional liability, securities, antitrust and contract disputes. Donald Blankenau has joined Fennemore Craig, P.C., to focus primarily on water-related work, including water right litigation and counseling and water quality laws. Dave Siegel has been named director of municipal utilities for the City of Chandler. The National Board of Advisors of Leading Jewelers of the World has announced the designation of Molina Fine Jewelers as a charter member of the Leading Jewelers of the World. Fennemore Craig Attorney Susan Wissink led the effort to set up free legal services via a toll-free number for the victims of the recent terrorist attacks. David J. Damron, managing director of Sanders & Parks, P.C., has become a certified mediator. Eric Novack, MD, has joined Affiliated Orthopedic Specialists in Scottsdale.
