Benjamin Evans Coppersmith, son of Beth Schermer and Sam Coppersmith of Phoenix, will become a bar mitzvah March 31, 2001, at Temple Solel.
Grandparents are Thelma and J. Leonard Schermer of St. Louis; Mimi and Samual Fredman of White Plains, N.Y.; and the late Bernice and W. Louis Coppersmith.

Jana Rachel Goldberg, daughter of Joan and Jon Goldberg of Paradise Valley, will become a bat mitzvah March 31, 2001, at Har Zion Congregation.
Grandparents are the late Toba and Leon Goldberg; the late Ruth Solnick; and the late Paul Solnick.

David Laser, son of Maryann and Richard Laser of Phoenix, will become a bar mitzvah March 31, 2001, at Temple Emanuel.
Grandparents are Fran and Arnold Laser-Treff; and Millie Santangelo, all of New York.

Ian Foster, son of Nellie and Cass Foster of Tempe, will become a bar mitzvah March 31, 2001, at Temple Beth Sholom.

Great-grandparents are the late Emma and David Weiss of Gary, Ind.

Dasi Gabrielle Danzig, daughter of Lori and Arnold Danzig of Scottsdale, will become a bat mitzvah March 31, 2001, at Temple Beth Israel.
Grandparents are May Berg Danzig of Tamarac, Fla.; Bonita Nefstead of Tucson; the late Martin Danzig; and the late Louis Nefstead.
