'2 1/2 Jews'

Actor Marvin Kaplan, who played the character of Henry on "Alice" for eight years, joins the cast of "2 1/2 Jews" when it reopens April 13 at the Playhouse on the Park, Viad Corporate Center, on Central Avenue and Palm Lane in Phoenix.

The play is about a prominent civil rights attorney and his relationship with his aging father, played by Kenneth Bridges, and with his budding lawyer son, played by Mark Robert Gordon.

Show times are 8 p.m. Fridays; 5 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Saturdays; and 2 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Sundays.
