Max Resnik, son of Wendy and Brahm Resnik of Tempe, became a bar mitzvah March 3, 2001, at Temple Emanuel and will have an additional ceremony June 22, 2001, in Masada, Israel.
Grandparents are Doris Resnik of Montreal, Canada; and Jenne Jones of Seattle.

Mara Erin Petrovsky, daughter of Amy and Fred Petrovsky of Scottsdale, will become a bat mitzvah March 10, 2001, at Har Zion Congregation.
Grandparents are Nanean and Al Fann of Scottsdale; and Bernice and Seymour Petrovsky of Prescott.

Julian David Gottlieb, son of Arlene and Ron Gottlieb of Tempe, will become a bar mitzvah March 10, 2001, at Temple Emanuel.
Grandparents are Elaine and Bill Stoler of West Bloomfield, Mich.; Lillian Gottlieb of Harrisburg, Pa.; and the late David Gottlieb.

Isaac Benjamin Freeman, son of Debra and James Harkins of Cave Creek, will become a bar mitzvah March 10, 2001, at Temple Beth Israel.
Grandparents are Antoi-nette Freeman of Seattle; the late Sonya and Norman Chadrow.
Great-grandparents are Fanny Rosefeldt and Moe Freeman both of Atlantic City, N.J.; the late Benard Rosefeldt; and the late Sophie Freeman.

Zachary Hart Jaburg, son of Beth Crandell; Susan Donaldson and Gary Jaburg, all of Scottsdale, will become a bar mitzvah March 10, 2001, at Temple Chai.
Grandparents are Mona and Sol Crandell of Scottsdale; and Frieda and Carl Jaburg of Scarsdale, N.Y.
Great-grandparent is Frieda Feinberg of Scottsdale.

Sydni Alexandra Zinker, daughter of Laurie and Eli Zinker of Phoenix, will become a bat mitzvah March 10, 2001, at Beth Joseph Congregation.
Grandparents are Libbe and Paul Rosenthal of Phoenix; Naomi Zinker of Kiryat Oho, Israel; and the late Natan Zinker.

Benjamin Ryan Pienknagura, son of Gloria Pienknagura and Jose Pienknagura of Scottsdale, will become a bar mitzvah March 10, 2001, at Temple Solel.
Grandparents are Mery and Efrain Pienknagura of Hollywood, Fla.; Emily Jirgen of Egg Harbor Township, N.J.; and Victor Zveige of St. Petersburg, Fla.
